SHIPPING POLICY

Fresh Flowers:

Delivery Areas We provide delivery services in Greytown with the following postcodes: 5712, 5794 and 5742.

Delivery Options

Local Delivery

  • Available in Greytown
  • Delivery fee: $10 
  • All orders need to be in by Wednesday 3pm for following Friday deliveries.
  • Delivery times: Fridays - 10am-2pm.

Pickup from our driveway farm stand.

  • Free pickup available at our driveway flower stand in Greytown.
  • The pick up address will be offered to you at checkout.
  • We are located 4kms from Greytown Village centre.
  • Pick up time: Fridays - 3pm-6pm.

Fresh Flower Delivery

  • We hand-deliver our flowers.
  • If you are unable to be home, please leave a bucket of water by your front door for the flowers to be left in.
  • You will receive an order confirmation with details and a photo once delivery has been made.

Processing Time

  • We pick your flowers fresh to order, ensuring correct harvest and conditioning techniques. This allows your flowers to be well hydrated right before delivery or pick up. All orders need to be in by Wednesday 3pm for following Friday deliveries.

Delivery Instructions

  • Please provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
  • Include any special delivery instructions (gate codes, dog at property etc)

Failed Delivery or Pick up

  • If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
  • Redelivery fees may apply
  • We will never leave flowers out of water or in full sun at the time of delivery
  • If you are unable to pick up your flowers, we will contact you to arrange another pick up time.


Dahlia Tubers:

Tuber Shipping Timeframes

Spring is dahlia tuber season! We ship ours when they're ready to plant, after a cosy winter nap at our Greytown farm.

Each tuber gets the royal treatment—inspected, checked for those all-important growth eyes, and carefully packaged just for you.

Timing can shift slightly depending on tuber readiness, but once those tuber eyes start to show life, we will get your order out to you. Usually some time in September.

Courier Information

We ship via NZ Post across New Zealand using their tracked system.  

Urban (incl packaging): $12.00

Rural (incl packaging): $18.00

  • NZ only—that's our patch!

  • First come, first served. When they're gone, they're gone.

  • We can't combine shipments—the admin would do us in.

  • Tick Rural Delivery if you're out in the countryside. We'll chase you up if we spot it and you haven't.

  • Any issues? Get in touch straight away and we'll sort it together.

Shipping Details

Double-check your checkout details—especially rural delivery if that's you. We can't chase down lost parcels if the address goes sideways.

Inbloom Greytown isn't responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping info at checkout, but if there is a mishap, we'll try to sort it together.

Shipping Costs

  • Select your appropriate shipping costs at checkout.
  • We offer local delivery for flowers and Dahlia Tubers for $10
  • For non perishable items including Tubers and seeds, we offer NZ wide NZ Post delivery including urban ($12) and rural ($18).
  • If you choose the incorrect shipping option, we will contact you and sort out any difference before delivery.
  • Prices include GST where applicable.
